The 2025 Pueri Cantores Florida Youth Choral Festival and Mass is coming to Tampa Florida Saturday March 8, 2025.
ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
Pueri Cantores, the national student choral organization of the Catholic Church, invites all parish and school treble and mixed voice choirs (grades 4-12) in the region to participate in a Festival & Mass. Singers will unite with hundreds of their peers as one combined choir to sing beautiful music from the Church's rich historical repertoire. MEET THE CONDUCTOR
CARLING FITZSIMMONS is a conductor, singer, and arts educator in Chicago, IL. She is the Artistic Director of the Spirito! Singers (Treble choirs from 5th-12th grades), and has worked with the Pro Musica Youth Chorus, Chicago Public Schools, and Merit School of Music. She is also the founder and Artistic Director of La Caccina, a professional ensemble that champions and performs diverse, innovative repertoire for women’s voices. A sought-after guest conductor and clinician, Carling has worked with the William Ferris Chorale, Northwest Choral Society, Goshen College, Kenyon College, Loyola University, and Young Naperville Singers
