Prayer service for Loran Cole

Respect Life Ministry Prayer Service:
Florida Governor, Ron DeSantis has signed a death warrant for Loran Cole. From June through November 1984, 17-year-old Loran Cole was housed at the notorious Arthur G. Dozier School in Marianna, Florida. He has spent a few decades on Florida’s Death Row.
The execution is scheduled for Thursday August 29th at 6pm. Catholic Charities’ Respect Life Ministry has organized a prayer service at the Cathedral of St. Ignatius Loyola in Palm Beach Gardens on August 29th starting at 5:30 p.m. The prayer service will be held at Military Trail and Holly Road where we will silently pray for Mr. Cole, his wife his son and the victims.
Intentional Prayers of Comfort and Healing will be said for Loran Cole and the victim’s families and friends.
We continue to pray for an end to violence.
