St. Peter Church celebrates the 20th Anniversary of its first Mass in Spanish

With a Mass celebrated in four languages (Spanish, English, Popti and Kiché (dialects from the rural areas of Guatemala) concelebrated by 5 priests and 4 Deacons, Saint Peter church celebrates 20 years of its first Mass in Spanish and the birth of the Hispanic community in this parish.
All the priests who served at Saint Peter and left their mark on the community have been invited. Among them, Rev. Alfredo Hernandez, Rev. Edy Medina, Rev. Raciel Treviño, Rev. Jean Boulin. Also, will be present the Guadalupan of the Holy Spirit Sisters, who took the first steps for the establishment of the Hispanic Ministry at Saint Peter, as well as the Deacons who saw the Hispanic community grow.
The Pastor of Saint Peter Church, Rev. Don Finney, will give a summary of the history and growth of the Hispanic community, while the parishioners will attend dressed in their own attire from their regions.
After the Eucharist, a reception with a Hispanic flavor will be offered in the parish hall, where the 5, 10, 15 and 20 years of service of community leaders will be recognized.
