PALM BEACH GARDENS | The series of 18 Thursday night Eucharistic holy hours that began in February, sponsored by the diocesan Office of Hispanic Ministry, concluded May 25 at the Cathedral of St. Ignatius Loyola in Palm Beach Gardens. The holy hours brought into better focus the Real Presence of Jesus, an effort that is part of the National Eucharistic Revival.
The diocesan phase of the revival will conclude June 11, the feast of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ (Corpus Christi), and the revival’s parish phase will begin the same day, with all parishes in the United States urged to foster Eucharistic devotion.
The Office of Hispanic Ministry is set to begin a new series of deanery-level Eucharistic holy hours on Thursday, Aug. 10. An upcoming article in the Florida Catholic will feature those holy hours.
