Below are the letters required to be published as a full page or half page in parish bulletins the weekend before the collection occurs. These letters are from the Bishop and the branding standards of the letter should be followed. The letter may also be read aloud, in addition to it being printed in the bulletin and shared on your parish’s social media and/or website. If you have questions about the letters, please contact the diocesan Director of Communications and Development (Jennifer Trefelner). If you have questions about reporting and submitting collection funds, please contact the diocesan Finance Office.

Please be advised that each individual Non-Parochial Collection is to be reported and submitted to the diocesan Finance Office within 60 days of the scheduled collection. Only those funds received for that collection within that time frame will be reported in the Annual Non-Parochial Collection report in January. Please tabulate receipts and forward in the envelope provided, a check payable to:
