Fourth Grade Teacher - All Saints Catholic School
All Saints Catholic School, in Jupiter, FL., has an opening for a Fourth Grade Lead Teacher position for the 2025- 2025 school year. The successful candidate will possess the skills and have demonstrated success in teaching a full curriculum for the primary level. The candidate must be equipped to teach remediation through enrichment levels.

Job Description
Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- To instill in children a love for Christ and His Church and an understanding and appreciation of Christian principles.
- To promote a classroom environment conducive to learning and motivate students to want to learn by varying the use of teaching strategies and instructional tools.
- To maintain discipline and classroom control.
- Work with small groups of students for remedial teaching or reinforcing the learning process.
- Support progress monitoring by pulling and tracking student’s progress.
- Provide for constant supervision of students while in your care.
- To establish a positive rapport with faculty members, administration, parents, and students.
- To share responsibilities and duties with the daily school program.
- To participate in professional development and in-service programs.
- To follow policies and procedures of the school and Diocese.
- To develop healthy professional relationships.
- Ability and willingness to work effectively with colleagues.
- To support the total parish/school program.
- Will perform other duties assigned by the principal.
- To assume a personal responsibility for contributing to the educational program.
- Attendance at school/parish or faculty meetings, events, staff retreats or workshops as required by the School Principal.
- To aid in the Christian formation of the students.
- To support and exemplify in conduct and/or instruction both Catholic doctrine and morality; to refrain from any action which would reflect discredit on the Roman Catholic Church or be detrimental to its religious doctrines or tenets.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate should possess:
- Skills and have demonstrated success in teaching intermediate grades
- Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task as well as being self-motivated
- Strong knowledge in data-driven instruction and differentiation to enhance student performance
- Technology skills with Apple and Microsoft devices so as to allow for unique classroom instruction where technology is used intentionally and seamlessly.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, to work with administration, faculty, parents, and community.
- Flexibility and adaptability to be able to work collaboratively with the school’s professional learning communities and administration
- Strong classroom management skills for this level
- Ability to adhere to the Diocese of Palm Beach Code of Conduct with emphasis on confidentiality and to exercise discretion, good judgment, and ethical values
Requirements: Applicants must possess a valid Florida Professional Teaching Certificate in Elementary Education K-6.
Physical and Work Requirements:
- Occasional light lifting and carrying of under 15 pounds
- Occasional moderate carrying and lifting of 15 – 44 pounds
- Frequent use both hands and fingers (i.e. typing)
- Frequent extended periods of sitting
- Occasional periods of standing, kneeling and climbing
- Occasional ability of minimal hearing (i.e. loud noises, sirens) and routine hearing (i.e. listening to others in conversation)
- Occasional time spent working closely with others
