Named to the College of Cardinals

On behalf of
the Diocese of Palm Beach, I rejoice and offer Archbishop O’Malley
our congratulations on his being named to the College of Cardinals
by our Holy Father, Pope Benedict XVI.
Cardinal-designate O’Malley is a good friend of our Diocese who
served it well during his tenure here. We assure him of our
continued support and prayers as he continues to shepherd the
Archdiocese of Boston and now takes on an even more expanded service
to the Universal Church. |
